How much do you bully your self mentally or emotionally. Each person thoughts tend to create different mindsets. The shade of actions are reminders of things or someone that reminisce their pasts or things in a person’s past.
The darkness with you will often show pushy, critical actions and sometimes fill your head with obsessive negative thoughts about oneself. When looking at self-shading or self-bullying you judge and sabotage you. We all have or will make mistakes no one is perfect.
Understanding the mistake made and learning from the mistake shows your growth and knowledge gained.
As we cannot change our past shaded behaviors, we can learn love and grow from them.
