The more you try to move around what you’re suffering from, the more you gain contact and suffer. It seems smaller and more insignificant things blast out at once torturing you. Avoiding your fear of being hurt, you end up the one hurt the most and suffering the longest.

Remember it’s your journey!!
Look at the things going well currently for you. Vision how bothered you were last week and how much happier you are this week. Remind yourself over and over no matter what stay on course as planned. Your runway shows a clear image of your path. DO NOT DEVIATE FROM WHERE YOU NEED TO BE. Going off track may expose older setbacks inviting and pushing people away. Powerful forces are against you looking to crash and hinder anything prospering in your favor. Instead of fighting it, maintain your strength keep your mind focused. You know and understand the truth only keep the aspects that matter aligning with your vision and soul.

Deep thoughts appear blurry at times when our mental state felt overwhelmed. Notice different points of this image, now remember the first thing you noticed. Your brain reacts to your surroundings subconsciously we face many defeats, don’t let the feeling allow you to be defeated from any angle. Just like the focus on a camera our memory often find its way back!!!

Trauma bond separation steps
When we come across traumatic events in our lives as a child or adult. They pair association with increased development of psychiatric disorders, such as major depressive disorder (MDD) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although trauma exposed victims (TE) may not develop a psychopathology.
Here are some steps to help when leaving a relationship connected to trauma bonding. Some experience two systems of stress forming discomfort from every angle.
The first seems to show (HPA) hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis stressor for less reduction. When the (HPA) Axis paired with the parasympathetic nervous system, they form natural brain relaxation preventing chronic inflammation. Meanwhile we harbor a social stress system driven by oxytocin. These two steps along with the feelings of helplessness, withdrawal, disconnection, pain, and stress leaves us taking fault and blame. Adding more stress to our brains and it’s natural functions.
Non-medical self care steps:
- Accept the visual experiences you endured during this path. You will have admit something is wrong and accept that wrong. Look for local free resources.
- Going no contact seems to show the hardest part. But if you’re planning to leave but mentally and emotionally destroyed, no contact will rise those oxytocin levels making you want to call or chase and begged. Retract and disengage from all you can pairing you and the negativity. You will blame yourself after making excuses to cover their behavior no matter how hurt you are. TRY NO CONTACT TO HELP HEAL THOSE FEELINGS.
- Continue to write, talk or record your feelings. You will have to let the truth you feel out no matter what it is or how it sounds. PLEASE FIND A COMMUNICATIVE WAY TO EXPRESS YOUR INNER FEELINGS. Communicate your needs assertively and with clarity, face your true feelings. Continuously acknowledge who you are, love yourself with all your might.
Breaking a trauma bond fester really intense withdrawal symptoms. Cravings the toxic person, compulsive thoughts of what really happened, flashbacks, depression, anxiety, less sleep, lack of food consumption and the feeling of going backwards.
